The hard stop period indicates the timeframe within which you can request revisions to your website before it is considered complete. After this period, no more revisions will be accepted.

The Starter and Launch plans have a hard stop of 5 days from first iteration whilst the Grow and Sell plans have a hardstop of 7 days from first iteration.

So for example, if you purchase a Launch Plan website from us on the 1st of February, you would be able to see your website by the 3rd of February. You would then have 5 days, until the 8th of February to provide us any feedback required in order to complete your website.

After the 8th of February, any other edits you would want made to your website are no longer considered revisions but rather updates.
