We’re sorry to hear that your website went off. If your website has been off for less than a month, you would be able to make your payment and your website should be back online in a matter of hours.

If your site has been unavailable for more than a month, it may be subject to deletion. To prevent this from happening, we provide email and SMS notifications before the due date to make sure you no longer want your website online before it is deleted.

Note: Domain names are provided by international registrars and it is not guaranteed that you can renew a domain if it expires for more than 30 days as other individuals may also be interested in the same domain name. If you do not want to lose your domain name, we strongly recommend that you do not allow your website plan with us to expire.
