We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to leave. If you would like to transfer your website away from us, that would come in 2 parts:

– Your domain name
– Your website content

With respect to transferring your domain name, we’ll provide you with the needed EPP/Authorization code for your domain. Simply provide that to your new hosting provider and they’ll use that to initiate the transfer of your domain to them. The process can take anywhere between 24 hours and 7 days.

With respect to your website content, we would provide you with the needed export files needed to import your content on a new platform.

Do note however that various premium themes, plugins, services, etc that are provided as a benefit of being on our platform would not be included in the export due to such licences not permitting their resale or transfer.
