It is currently not possible to downgrade your website plan if we have commenced work on your website. This is because downgrading your website plan requires removing features and services that have already been paid for and provisioned.
For example, if you are to purchase our Sell Plan which is enabled for ecommerce, your payment goes to provision:
- Your domain name
- Development costs
- And more
Once your payment is allocated to these items, it cannot be repurposed or refunded hence the reason why it’s currently not possible to downgrade your website plan.
